The Complementary Package includes/comprises:

• MicroEmacs, the programmable editor by D.M. LAWRENCE ported under Windows by P. PERRET. It was adapted for the distribution, in order to be able to write French documents and to provide about the same functions as TeX Shell. It was also equipped with an on line help for TeX and LaTeX. If you work under Windows 3.x, Windows 9x/NT or OS/2, you will be able to use TeX Shell as well as MicroEmacs, to publish your texts and to launch the other programs of the distribution.
• Many styles usable with LaTeXe, the new version of LaTeX;
• French formats preinstalled to use Plain TeX, LaTeX 2.09 and LaTeXe with Windows 3.x, Windows 9x/NT or Win-OS/2.
• Versions of Ghostscript and Gnuplot for Windows and OS/2;
• GSview, frontal for Ghostscript, which facilitates considerably the use of Ghostscript under Windows and OS/2;
• amSpell, the spell checker by A.MERCKENS, with the French dictionary of P. ZIMMERMANN adapted for amSpell and Windows;
• PS Tricks and seminar, sets of macros of T VAN ZANDT to use colors with TeX and to create transparencies;
• XYpic, a set of macros to draw mathematical diagrams with Plain TeX, AMSTeX and LaTeX;
• Utilities to convert documents with the format of Chiwriter or Word towards the LaTeX format, and of the LaTeX format towards the Word format.
