Application and tariffs

Requirements

Before to apply, requirements are necessary to follow classes during the semester or the full year :

  • Holding a diploma equivalent to the French "Baccalaureat"/secondary school diploma,
  • No beginner level
    • 1st semester : providing a certification or transcript that shows the number of French class hours (200 hours or A1 level minimum)
    • 2nd semester : providing a certification or transcript that shows the number of French class hours (300 hours or A2 level minimum)
  • Mother tongue or schooling language is different from French.

The deadline for September 2013 is over

Deadline to send back the application form for the 2nd semester (starting in January 2014) : 15 November 2013

Particular cases :

  1. For applicant from an exchange program (agreement between the University of Orleans and your home university), please contact directly the international relations office of your university. You should register through the Campus France website.
  2. For applicant from countries using the CEF (Centre pour les études en France), please fill out the application form and register through the Campus France website.

2013/2014  Tariffs

  • Yearly registration: 1600 Euros
  • Semestral registration: 950 Euros
  • Administrative and Social Security fees*: approximately  280 Euros

*Social Security is compulsory for all under 28 year-old students excepted for citizens of the Economic European Area who will be asked for their European Health Insurance Card or a private and personal Insurance certificate translated in French.

Over 28 year-old students will have to claim directly at the “Caisse Primaire d’Assurance Maladie” of the Loiret (Place de Gaulle in Orleans).

Single payment at the administrative registration by cheque in euros, cash, bank card or bank transfer.
