EXCHANGE STUDENTS / ERASMUS STUDENTS - Application procedure

YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE ! All applications must be submitted before May 15th 2015 for the autumn semester (September) or year-long exchange programmes, and before October 5th for the spring semester (January).

1- Establish contact with the international office at your university one year before your departure. They will inform you of the steps to follow to apply for the Erasmus / Exchange programmes.

2 - Once your dossier has been approved by your university, please check the procedures you should follow to enrol at the University of Orleans (all the steps are defined within the following document) :

Then you will be able to send your documents directly to the persons responsible for your welcome, housing etc.  Please note that no housing will be assigned if the compulsory documents have not been fully provided.

3 - If you are coming within the framework of the Erasmus programme, there is an international relations office at your service in each faculty/department.  The office will be there to guide and assist you with the registration process.

Prepare your educational agreement with your Erasmus coordinator before your departure, by consulting the University of Orleans  course catalogue.

4 - Do not waste time and begin brushing up your French now !
