Université d'Orléans

The International Relations central office

The International Relations central office, in conjunction with the Multidisciplinary Thematic Institutes (ITP), faculties and other departments at the university, works towards enhancing the attractiveness and international standing of the University of Orleans.

The Office is at the service of the campus students, academic staff, lecturers and researchers as well as existing and future partners.  It ensures the:

  • Implementation of technical and financial support when international partnerships are set up (managerial staff/ research agreements, double and off-site degrees, joint degrees).

  • Reception and welcome of existing and future partners during official visits (such as workshops, receptions and signing ceremonies).
  • Individual welcome of students, Ph.D. students, academic staff and researchers, in conjunction with the CROUS (Regional Student Services Office).
  • Management of aid arrangements for outgoing students and personnel courtesy of the European ERASMUS programme, resources allocated by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research and the Centre region’s MobiCentre programme.
  • Management of aid arrangements for incoming mobility.

Euraxess Centre – the centre for mobility – is a subsidiary of the International Relations Head Office.  It primarily focuses on the individual monitoring of the dossiers of Ph.D. students, lecturers and researchers who wish to spend time at the university.
