Engineers' Employment

The Masters' Degree in Engineering is companies' favourite diploma. It is seen as a high level degree which guarantees engineers' employment. 21,000 engineers have been recruited in 2010 and an estimated 23,000 per year is expected in 2020.

  • Quick occupational integration: 85% 6 months after graduation (90.5 % [men] et 92.6 % [women] 3 months after graduating from Polytech Orléans),
  • Adequate salaries (gross salary versus French employees),
  • Median : 54,000 € (to 24,000 € for French employees),
  • Average : 67,200 € (to 33,000 € for French employees),
  • C99 : 250,000 € (to 120,000 € for French employees).
