The main research fields of the laboratory are :
  • virtual screening with Docking (FlexX, Dock) and QSAR (Support Vector Machines, Neural Neworks, Genetic Algorithms)
  • database management of drug-like compounds (with this software and MOE)
  • structural studies (Gaussian)

This project has been intiated  by Aurelien Monge and realized during his PhD thesis ( http://tel.archives-ouvertes.fr/tel-00122995 ) under the direction of Prof. Luc Morin-Allory.
