Compulsory documents for european and non European students                   These documents must be  scanned to programsabroad@univ-orleans.fr  
          - Copy of  passport (valid 6 months after you return home) or copy of Valid Identity Card
          - Copy of the original birth certifcate with the name of the father and the maiden name of the mother with one certified true copy translated in French.
       - Certificate of Financial resources
                           Campus France: all students should check on the web site if they need to apply on line to obtain a visa :http://www.campusfrance.org/en/index.htm

EXCHANGE STUDENT
Period 1 : Arrival from 27th August to 31th August 2009 with temporary host families  - Housing on campus on Tuesday 1st September  - Departure :  as from 19th december  2009
Period 2 : Arrival as from  2nd, 3rd or 4th January 2010; with temporary host families  - Housing on campus on Yuesday 5th January  - Departure : not before 30 June 2010
Period 3 : Arrival from 27th August to 31th August 2009 with temporary host families  - Housing on campus on Tuesday 1st September - Departure not before 30 June 2010

ERASMUS/TEMPUS STUDENTS :
Period 1 : Arrival from Wednesday 2nd September  2009 (Housing only), Departure :  as from 19th december 2009
Period 2 : Arrival from Wednesday 6th January 2010 , Departure not before 30 June 2010
Period 3 :  Arrival from Wednesday 2nd September 2009, 
Departure not before 30 June 2010
 

COMPULSORY DOCUMENTS TO BRING WITH YOU for period 1- 2 or 3
You will not be able to register as a full time student if you do not bring these compulsory documents with you.

for European students
  • Valid European Insurance Card for your period of studies
  • Private Health insurrance certificate  which MUST INCLUDE REPATRIATION and the details of your insurance translated in French 
  • 4 ID recent photos size 35 mm X 45 mm with your name written on the back
for Non European students
  • Private Health insurrance certificate which MUST INCLUDE REPATRIATION and the details of your insurance translated in French  
  • 4 ID recent photos size 35 mm X 45 mm with your name written on the back
