Shahrzad Heydarshahi

I am a PhD candidate in computer science at Université d'Orléans. I work in the Laboratoire d'Informatique Fondamentale d'Orléans (LIFO) in the GAMoc team, under the supervision of Florent Becker and Jérôme Durand-Lose.

Before coming to Orléans, I did my bachelor and master in mathematics at University of Tehran with a thesis under the supervision of Siamak Yassemi. Then I did a master's degree in mathematics at Sorbonne Université with a master thesis under the supervision of Aline Parreau.

Research

I am interested in DNA computating, especially self-assembly tiling. I have also worked in signal machines and graph theory. Here are my publications:
