At the railway stations Les Aubrais or Gare d'Orléans, take tram A (direction Hopital La Source) to the Université Parc Floral stop. It takes around 40 minutes from Les Aubrais and 35 minutes from Gare d'Orléans. More information on the tram net of Orléans can be found on the SEMTAO website.
The nearest airports are in Paris: Charles de Gaulles (commonly referred to as Roissy), the biggest, is 165 km from Orléans and Orly is 120km from Orléans. From both airport you can either take a shuttle (book ahead, see instructions below) or go by public transportation to Gare d'Austerlitz in Paris for the train to Orléans. Taking a taxi to Paris Gare d'Austerlitz costs at least 50 Euros (more if there is traffic) but if you don't have much luggage and are in for a thrill, taxi-moto has a fixed price. Try for instance Skoot or Citybird.

Public transportation
From Charles-De Gaulle
Airport (Roissy): Take the shuttle bus to Gare RER, board the RER B suburban train (towards
Paris),
change in Saint-Michel Notre Dame (all trains stop there)
to RER C (towards Orly); it stops at Gare d'Austerlitz.
There is also Air France bus 4 that takes you to Gare de Lyon, which is a short walk to Gare d'Austerlitz (this bus goes on to Gare Montparnasse but you need to get out at Gare de Lyon).
From Orly: Take the shuttle to the RER C station Pont de Rungis - Aéroport d'Orly,
take a train towards Paris and get out at
Gare d'Austerlitz.
From Gare d'Austerlitz, take a train to Orléans (a one-hour ride). Orléans has two railway stations, Les Aubrais and Gare d'Orléans. You can take tram A to MAPMO from either of the stations, the easiest being Les Aubrais. The cost is around 10 Euros to Paris and 25 Euros for the train to Orléans. For more information and exact prices, you can check the SNCF (French railway company) and RATP (the official transportation organization in Paris).
Note: If you want to stop in Paris before coming to Orléans, from Orly, Air France bus 1 takes you to Denfert Rochereau, Gare Montparnasse or Invalides and Orlybus to Paris-Denfert Rochereau. From Roissy, Roissybus takes you to Paris-Opera.
