The nearest airports are the Paris' ones: Charles de Gaulles (commonly refered to as Roissy), the biggest, is 165 km from Orléans and Orly is 120km from Orléans. From either airport you can take a shuttle (book ahead, see instructions below) or you have to go to Paris "Gare d'Austerlitz" to take the train to Orléans.

Train
From Charles-De Gaulle
Airport (Roissy):
Arriving in Roissy I or T9, take the shuttle bus to Gare RER.
Arriving in Roissy II, either walk or take the shuttle bus to
Gare RER (Careful when going back: there are two RER stations,
one for CDG1 and T9 and the second one for CDG2, check on your plane ticket
).
From either station, take the RER B suburban train (direction
Paris),
change in Saint-Michel Notre Dame (all trains stop there)
to RER C (direction Orly), it stops at Gare d'Austerlitz.
Air France bus 4 takes you to Gare de Lyon,
walking distance to Gare d'Austerlitz.
This bus goes on to Gare Montparnasse but you need to get out at Gare de Lyon.
Roissybus takes you to Paris-Opera. This is
interesting only if you want to visit Paris before coming to Orléans,
because then you still have to go to
Gare d'Austerlitz: take RER A at the station Operar (direction Marnes-la-Vallée
or Boissy Saint-Leger) and get out at gare de Lyon, which is walking distance to Gare d'Austerlitz.
From Orly:
Take the shuttle to the RER C station Pont de Rungis - Aéroport d'Orly,
take a train direction Paris and get out at
Gare d'Austerlitz.
Air France bus 1 takes you to Denfert Rochereau, Gare Montparnasse
or Invalides and Orlybus to Paris-Denfert Rochereau. This is
interesting only if you want to stop in Paris before coming to Orléans, because then you still have to go to Gare d'Austerlitz:
From Denfert Rochereau or Gare Montparnasse, take Metro 6,
(direction Nation), change
at Place d'Italie to Metro 5
(direction Bobigny-Pablo Picasso), this one stops
at Gare d'Austerlitz.
From Invalides take RER C (direction Orly), it stops at Gare d'Austerlitz.
The cost is around 10 Euros (Roissybus, Orlybus and Airfrance busses are
a bit cheaper, but you'll have to buy a metro ticket which levels the cost), then 25 Euros for the train to Orléans.
