Arrival at the conference by train and tramway
Orleans is connected to Paris by train from Paris-Austerlitz, and has two stations: "Orleans" and "Les Aubrais." All trains stop at the latter, and for those which do not stop at the former, there are train shuttles correspondence to the Orleans station.
The simplest is to stop at the “Les Aubrais” station and take the tram to the university (direction hospital La source)
From Paris Austerlitz, train frequency is roughly one per hour. There are about 5 trains (at least one per hour) serving one of these two stations from Paris every morning from 5am 30 at 10am, and at least as many in the opposite direction, between 16:30 and 21:00. The journey between Orleans and Paris lasts about an hour.
The tram is leaving the station Aubrais (there is also a stop at the Orleans station). Take the direction Hospital / Source.
The frequency of service to the campus ranges from a tram every 6 minutes to a tram every 20 minutes, from 5am until 0:30. It takes approximately 30 to 35 minutes from the station to the university.
The tram line connecting the station “les Aubrais” to the campus, has three stops on campus, Université-Chateau, Université Parc Floral and “Université-Indien”.
The stop for the conference is “Université l’Indien”.
Once at the stop “Université l’Indien”, there is only two hundred meters to go, in the very direction the Tram has arrived. At the stop, one can immediately see the building of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities Languages in that direction.
posters showing the path will be placed between the “Université l’Indien” and the building of the Faculty of Letters.

The major roads are the national highway 20 and (A71 and A10).
From Paris
• Take direction Bordeaux (A10) and Bourges (A71), do not go out at “Orléans Nord” or “Orléans Centre” and after passing the Loire river and about five few miles, take the Orleans South exit (exit number 2) in the direction of Olivet and Orleans la Source.
• After the toll, go straight towards Orléans la Source for a few miles, passing two traffic lights. Keep straight in the commercial area.
• At the third light, keep going straight and you arrive at the southwestern corner of the campus, near the IUT, and have to keep straight for another mile to reach the southeastern corner of the University, where the UFR LLSH Building is located.
• You are then (see campus map) on the square A5. Once the tramway line is crossed (at that level you can see the UFR LLSH Building on your left at 200m), the easiest way is to go straight another 100 m along a small shopping area, and at this level (F5 square), to take left (right alongside a station car wash), and then turn to left again at the next fork 30 m later. You then go a 100 m back in the direction of the tramway line, but this time you can take the first road on your right at the traffic lights, a few meters before the tramway line. You are only 100 meters away from the building of the LLSH Faculty in front of you. Parking spaces are available just about everywhere and especially in front of the building of the Faculty.
