Derogating travel certificates

Download a certificate of derogatory travel for sport, which must be used each time you are personally able to provide proof of your derogatory situation; this certificate concerns high-level sportsmen and women, professional sports educators subject to the obligation of regular individual training for the maintenance of technical and physical skills guaranteeing the safety of the participants, students of the STAPS university course and trainees in continuing or vocational training for sports professions, persons with a medical prescription for the practice of adapted physical activity in accordance with the provisions of articles D. 1172-1 et seq. of the Public Health Code, disabled sportspeople; this certificate must always be accompanied by the proof indicated for the category to which you belong.
