The IDF organised its 1st educational summer school gathering teachers of French as a foreign language from Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Mongolia and Switzerland.

This summer, for 2 weeks, the IDF has welcomed for its 1st educational summer school teachers of French as a foreign language (FLE) from Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Mongolia and Switzerland. During their stay, the teachers were able to reflect on their educational practices while exploring the city of Orléans and the region of the châteaux of the Loire Valley.
On the agenda, interns were able to follow 4 training units on:
- Creative practices (creative writing workshop and theatrical practices);
- Current French society and culture;
- Fun and collaborative digital activities;
- Teaching FLE by using the media.
Interns were also able to visit the region by discovering the city of Orléans, the Château of Chenonceau, the Clos-Lucé in Amboise, the city of Blois and the Château of Chambord.
