Résumé :

The data-centric approach has recently gained prominence in artificial intelligence and machine learning. In particular, data-centric machine learning holds significant potential in the healthcare domain due to the availability of vast amounts of data. In this presentation, we will first briefly explore the advantages of employing data-centric machine learning in healthcare. Following that, we will delve into the challenges associated with the effective utilization of data-centric approaches in this field. Afterward, I will describe my ongoing and future work in some of these challenges, namely: effective and fair use of data, explainable data analysis, adapting ML solutions to diverse datasets, and use of heterogeneous data.
