The eleventh international congress of the French Association of Teachers and Researchers in Cinema and Audio-Visual Art was organized jointly by AFECCAV and the University of Orléans (ÉRCAÉ EA 7493 laboratory), with full distance learning.

“Bodies under construction: cinema and audiovisual media, mediation, representation, education”.

Study day co-organized by the ERCAE laboratory, the Indre-et-Loire departmental council, CAUE 37 and ADAC 37.

“Architecture and school environments & educational innovation"

Location: INSPÉ CVL academic headquarters, 72 rue du Faubourg de Bourgogne, Orléans

In 2017, the Indre-et-Loire departmental council initiated the “Innovative Colleges 37” call for projects. Within this framework, the CAUE and ADAC de Touraine, CD37 and the ERCAE laboratory supported teams from Indre-et-Loire middle schools in projects aimed at the joint transformation of facilities (architecture, equipment, landscapes), school organizations and teaching practices.

This study day will report on this experience. More generally, it will explore the links between the transformation of school spaces, pedagogical innovation, the well-being of students and staff, and learning.

It is open to teaching and education professionals (teachers, administrative and technical staff, school heads, trainers, pilots, educators), architecture professionals, students, teacher-researchers and representatives of local authorities.
