A new dynamic in the healthcare sector

Since 2022, the Department of Medical Studies has been awarding the first cycle of medical studies (DFGSM), with the aim of eventually training 200 doctors per year in collaboration with the Orléans University Hospital. Its creation, along with that of the University School of Physiotherapy (EUK CVL) in 2019, paved the way for the future Health Faculty, which is scheduled to officially launch in 2026

Based on existing training and research programs on campus, a Training and Research Center for Rehabilitation, Sports Performance, and Physical Activity will also strengthen synergies between the fields of Physical Activity and Sports Sciences and Rehabilitation Sciences.
