My research work focuses on land use and land cover changes. I am particularly interested in the adequacy of the transcription of territorial development mechanics into mathematical and computer tools (spatial models, cellular automata, multi-agent systems, artificial intelligence, ...) and in the usability of the created tools by territorial stakeholders.

My teaching activities deal with cartography, GIS, spatial databases, spatial analysis and spatial data science.
