GREMI is based at two sites, Orléans and Bourges.
How to get to the Orléans site
Getting there by public transport
- By train (information available from the SNCF)
Orléans, which is linked to Paris in a south-easterly direction via the Paris-Austerlitz station, has two train stations: “Orléans” and “Les Aubrais”.
The easiest way is to get off at “Les Aubrais” station and take the streetcar to the university.
- By streetcar (information available from the TAO network)
The streetcar stop is just outside the “Orléans” and “Les Aubrais” train stations.
Line A of the streetcar passes through the 2 stations and has three stops on our campus: “Université”, “Parc Floral” and “L’Indien”. For the GREMI, stop at “Université”.
Getting there by car
The main roads are the N20 and freeways (A71 and A10).
From Paris:
- Head for Bordeaux (A10), then Bourges (A71), and exit at Orléans-sud, heading for Olivet and Orléans la Source.
- After the toll booth, go straight on towards Orléans la Source. You will pass through a commercial zone and two traffic lights.
- At the third set of traffic lights, you will arrive on campus, near the IUT.
