Research Projects in progress

• CETRAHE is a partner of the Service National d'Observation "TOURBIERES" (Peatlands Observatory), accredited by the Institut National des Sciences de l'Univers du CNRS (National Institute of Earth Sciences of the French National Scientific Research Organisation) in February 2012, and coordinated by OSUC (Observatoire des Sciences de l'Univers en région Centre). CETRAHE is also partner of GéHCO (GéoHydrosystèmes COntinentaux Laboratory, University of Tours) for the Service National d'Observation "KARST" (Karst Observatory); see video of a dive in Bouillon karstic spring and video of a dive to collect water samples (images : O. Cantaloube, association Spéléologie Subaquatique Loiret).

• "Etude de l'amélioration de la qualité des produits fluorescents injectés dans les milieux aquatiques lors des opérations de traçage - Impacts sur la qualité des eaux, atténuation, contrôle qualité, structuration de filière" ("Study of the improvement of the quality of fluorescent products injected in aquatic environments during tracing operations - Impacts on water quality, mitigation, quality control, structuring of the sector", 2022-24 project, financed by the Office Français de la Biodiversité). • MATBIO : "Impact des micro-organismes sur le comportement des MATériaux BIOsourcés pour le bâtiment’" ("Impact of microorganisms on the behavior of bio-based materials for the building industry", 2021-23 project, winner of the Appel à Projets d'Intérêt Régional 2020 of Région Centre-Val de Loire). • "Etude des réseaux karstiques souterrains de la Petite Beauce entre Loir et Loire" ("Study of underground karst networks of the Petite Beauce between Loir and Loire", 2016-2019, collaboration CETRAHE, association Les Amis des Sources, 41270 Villebout), financed by the Agence de l'eau Loire-Bretagne.  See an injection in the river Cisse between Boisseau and Conan (41) on 6th May 2016.

• RUTP ORLEANS : "Transfert des micropolluants par les RUTP [Rejets Urbains par Temps de Pluie] de l'agglomération orléanaise vers le milieu naturel" ("Transfer of micropollutants by urban wet weather discharges of Orléans agglomeration to the natural environment", 2016-18 project, winner of the Appel à Projets d'Intérêt Régional 2015 of Région Centre, accredited by the Pôle de compétitivité écotechnologies DREAM Eau & Milieux). • "BD (Banque de données) traçages" (tracing database) conducted as part of Phase 2 of the project "Site Internet SIGES Centre" (GIS website on the management of groundwaters in région Centre, 2014-16), co-financed by the Agences de l'eau Loire-Bretagne et Seine-Normandie, Région Centre-Val de Loire, DREAL Centre-Val de Loire and BRGM. Historical inventory and data repository (on the SIGES Centre website) on tracing tests made in the région Centre. Partners : BRGM (Bureau de Recherches Géologiques et Minières/French Geological Survey), CETRAHE. See the website.  

• CETRAHE was involved, together with ISTO (Institut des Sciences de la Terre d’Orléans/Earth Sciences Institute of Orléans), in the environmental monitoring of the project ECOSMETOCENTRE ("Recherche d'actifs cosmétiques issus de zones humides naturelles locales" ["Searching for active cosmetic ingredients from local natural wetlands"], 2013-16), winner of the Appel à projets Eco-Industries 2012, accredited by the Pôle de compétitivité écotechnologies DREAM Eau & Milieux, led by the company Greenpharma, with the company BIOalternatives as a partner in addition to ISTO, and Environnement 41 and Géo-Hyd as service companies.

• i-FONTIS : "Vers une méthodologie de surveillance de l'apparition de fontis dans le Val d'Orléans" ("Towards a methodology for monitoring the occurrence of sinkholes in the Val d'Orléans", 2014-15 project, winner of the Appel à projets de recherche innovants (call for innovative research projects) 2013 of Conseil Général du Loiret, accredited by the Pôle de compétitivité écotechnologies DREAM Eau & Milieux). Consortium : BRGM (coordination), DSA Technologies (associated company), ISTO, CETRAHE. • "Reconnaissance par traçages des réseaux karstiques souterrains du Perche vendômois" ("Recognition by tracing of underground karst networks of the Perche vendômois", 2010-2015, collaboration CETRAHE, P. de Brétizel, association Les Amis des Sources, 41270 Villebout).  See a uranine injection in the Ravin de la Vallée de la Guette on April 14,2011.
