Guichet Unique (Unique Counter)

What is Guichet Unique? 

The ‘Guichet Unique d'accueil des Etudiants Internationaux’ will be held from 26 August to 20 September 2023, from 9.00 am to 4.30 pm, in the ‘Amphithéâtre des Sciences’ building, 3 rue de Saint-Amand, 45100 Orléans.

The Guichet Unique is the central meeting point for international students of the University of Orleans upon their arrival on campus.

Student tutors and International Relations staff welcome all international students who have come to the University of Orleans for a period of study. When you arrive on campus, you should first go to the Guichet Unique to receive a welcome bag and get important and useful information about the University of Orleans and the city. 

These are the specific services offered by the one-stop shop 

• Help with administrative formalities (university enrolment, residence permits, etc.)
• Accommodation, insurance, health
• Student life, associations and cultural life in Orléans, transport, etc.
