- Dr. Félix Iglesias Vasquez, University of Vienna (IV division)
Development of digital btwin software prototypes and validation of communication protocols
- Pr. Jessica Gissella Maradey Lázaro, UNAB Colombia (ECM division)
Jessica Gissella Maradey Lázaro is professor in Mechatronics Engineering in UNAB in Colombia. Urban mobility management is the topic that Pr. Lazaro has studied the most in recent years, especially the description of driving patterns and the classification of driving styles. Eco driving initiatives are linked to driving styles, establishing a line of comparison when defining how one should drive according to the driving conditions. In addition, the influence of vehicle technology and city mobility plans are directly related to fuel / energy consumption and emissions. The challenge is to develop a reproducible and representative methodology to estimate emissions at low cost.
Seminar presented on February 15, 2024: "Urban mobility management"
- Dr. Oliver Buxton, Imperial College London (ESA division)
Oliver Buxton is a lecturer in experimental aerodynamics in the Department of Aeronautics at Imperial College London. The main focus of his research is the application of laser diagnostics to observe fine-scale turbulence in both compressible and incompressible flows.
