Parkinson's patients suffer from gait, executive function and attention disorders. We also know that attentional orientation affects motor performance, with external orientation generating better results than internal orientation. It is also known that during dual-task walking, walking is impaired by the concurrent cognitive task. The aim of this project is therefore to determine the impact of orientation on gait parameters, prefrontal cortex activation assessed by fNIRS and perceived mental load in Parkinson's disease patients and healthy volunteers. The data analysis is currently in progress.
