Regular physical activity is a healthy habit for people of all ages. Moreover, the intestinal microbiota, influenced by diet and other factors, plays a crucial role in health. The aim of the APProFem project (Physical Activity and Probiotics in Women) is to demonstrate the effects of physical activity, with or without probiotic supplementation, on the physical health (body composition, eating habits, physical condition), quality of life and well-being of adult women. This project is being carried out in collaboration with the Orléans University Hospital (Sports Medicine Department).
