The University of Orléans offers to all its students and staff members a week of sports, relaxation and well-being activities on the Orléans Campus.
From Tuesday 7 am to Friday evening, you will find various activities with different themes that aim to assess your physical condition and to give you some techniques for muscle strengthening, relaxation and stress management.
Registrations are made via CELENE by clicking here for students and directly with teachers on D day for staff members.
All these activities are free, so do not hesitate to take advantage of them!
