Your faculty, institute or school's Student Affairs Service is your first contact point to:

• Proceed to your administrative registration;
• Collect your exemption or reimbursement file for tuition fees;
• Collect the social aid files offered by the CROUS;
• Report a change of address or personal situation;
• Request education certificates or a new student card if it was stolen.
