The Training’s Objectives

The Accounting, Control and Finance specialisation of the Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management aims at developing skills in accounting, in management control and in finance, as well as cross-disciplinary skills in management. The 3rd year of the CCF Bachelor’s degree also helps learning the legal knowledge (corporate law, tax law, labour law…) that is necessary for the administrator of any organisation, and developing business English.

Internship

A mandatory internship of minimum 8 weeks must be carried out at the end of the year. It helps the students to professionalize their course and to broaden their experience both personally and professionally. The internship can be carried out in France or abroad within a market organisation or another type of structure: company, administration, association…

During the internship, a mission related to the CCF specialisation and to the student’s professional project must be carried out. The internship enables students to put into practice, improve and strengthen their acquired knowledge, to validate their professional project and to customize their training course. It is a true springboard for future professional integration. As a teaching unit, the internship is a fully-fledged part of the diploma, and the bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management, CCF specialisation cannot be issued if the student has not validated his or her internship.

Continuation of Studies

After the degree, students are encouraged to pursue their studies with a master’s degree. They have the opportunity to integrate one of the IAE Orléans’ master’s, in particular:

Outside the University of Orléans, they can join one of the master’s degrees offered by the IAE network or by the universities’ management departments. They also have the possibility to join training courses offered by business schools.

Educational Approach

The educational supervision of the CCF bachelor’s degree is ensured by a multidisciplinary team (legal experts, managers, computer engineers and linguists) of teachers, teacher-researchers and professionals (lawyers, chartered accountants, tax inspectors) who contribute to provide students with a quality theoretical teaching and practical knowledge that are directly related to the professional world.
