Welcome, information and support
Each year, in September, the University of Orléans, in collaboration with the CROUS of Orléans-Tours, sets up with the support of the City of Orléans and the Center-Loire Valley region a multi-service system (The Welcome Center) whose objective is to allow foreign students to carry out all the necessary administrative procedures for their stay in France.
Objective of the Welcome Center : allow international students to carry out all administrative procedures in one place.
Organized by the International Relations Department and the International Departments of the Colleges, the Welcome Center Team answers all questions related to international mobility (accommodation, transport, administrative procedures such as Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC) payment, insurance, employment regulation, health insurance, residence permits...)
The team supports and advises students in the first procedures and then refers them to the diffrent partners.
