About the EURAXESS Service Center
The EURAXESS Network is an initiative launched by the European Commission. It is spread across around forty European countries. At the University of Orléans, the EURAXESS Service Center is part of the EURAXESS France Association, and its main missions are to provide administrative support for international researchers before and during their stay (visas, residence permits, social security, etc.), help in finding accommodation, and referral to French as a foreign language (FLE) courses.
Are you looking to host an international researcher/doctoral student in your laboratory? Are you planning to stay at the University of Orléans? The EURAXESS Service Center can help you with all the formalities (hosting agreement, visa, accommodation, etc.) to facilitate your mobility and integration. Your EURAXESS contact is located at the International Relations Office (DRI), 5 rue du Carbone, 45100 Orléans, and at the Hôtel Dupanloup (1 rue Dupanloup, 45000 Orléans).

The EURAXESS Center can assist you in finding housing but cannot guarantee you a spot in university housing. These accommodations, also known as CROUS VIP housing, are intended for researchers and doctoral students at the University of Orléans and are managed by the CROUS independently of the University of Orléans.
