The Human Resources Strategy for Researchers label is an official award granted by the European Commission to institutions committed to offering researchers a high-quality and attractive working envrionment, in compliance with European standards.
This label is based on the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, which define the good practices for:
- Transparent and fair recruitment,
- Career development and international mobility,
- Working conditions encouraging balance and well-being,
- Promoting skills and training throughout one's career.
Obtaining and maintaining the HRS4R label means that the university implements a concrete action plan, assessed regularly, to improve the reception, support, and professional advancement of researchers.
This label also enhances the university's visibility and international appeal and promotes access to European funding, such as Horizon Europe or Marie Sklodowska-Curie actions.
