FIDIS Session "As Needs Arise": Dates and Procedure

Candidates who apply at the University of Orléans must submit their documents electronically. Each applicant will receive the procedure details via email. Applicants doing their registration during the weekend will only receive the email on the next Monday, since the process is not automated.


Registration and Application in the Galaxie app :

The registration of applications on the GALAXIE app will open on Friday 28 April 2023 at 10am, Paris time.

It will close on Monday 29 May 2023 at 4pm, Paris time.

Application form to be submitted imperatively with the requested documents: 

All administrative documents written in a foreign language must be translated into French.

For all candidates:

You must submit the following documents:

A signed copy of:

  • The application form;
  •  A proof of identity with photograph.

A PDF-format copy of:

  • A resume including an analytical overview of your works, publications, articles and achievements while specifying those attached;
  • At least one of the works, publications, articles and achievements mentioned in the resume;
  • Your doctoral degree or an equivalence among your University degrees, qualifications and titles;
  • Your viva report.
