For all applicants:
You must submit the following documents:
A scanned copy of:
- The nomination paper printed from GALAXIE;
- An ID with photograph;
A PDF copy of:
- A resume giving an analytical presentation of your work, your publications, articles and achievements while precising those attached;
- A copy of at least one work, publication, article or achievement mentionned in the resume.
For applicants for recruitment:
You must also file the following documents:
A scanned copy of:
- Evidence of possession of one of the titles mentioned in 1° of Article 46 of Decree of 6 June 1984 above-mentioned;
- A copy of the thesis report of your degree.
For applicants for transfer:
You must also submit the following documents:

- A certificate delivered by the head of the institution responsible for the applicant, to establish title as professor and the exercise of functions in active service for three years on the closing date for the submission of registrations;
- Otherwise, the applicant must provide documentation that verifies the approval of the head of the assignment institution given after approval by the Academic Council or the body competent to perform the duties mentioned in IV of Article L.712-6-1 in restricted session limited to teacher-researchers and equivalents;
- A copy of the thesis report of your degree.
Professors separated from their spouse for professional reasons must provide:
- If married, a copy of the family record book;
- If in a civil partnership, a certificate from the Court of First Instance establishing the commitment by the ties of a civil solidarity pact, a proof that they are subject to the joint tax obligation provided by the tax code and, if any, the birth certificate of the child, or of the children or the pregnancy certificate;
- If domestic partners, a photocopy of the birth certificate of the child, or of the children or of the pages of the family record book of natural parents to establish filiation, or of the pregnancy certificate and the act of recognition of the child by both parents;
- A certificate of the professional residence and main professional activity of the spouse, civil solidarity pact partner or domestic partner; for the liberal professions, certificate of URSSAF registration, or trade and companies register or registry of trades registration.
Professors with disabilities wishing to benefit from the provisions of Article 9-3 of Decree of 6 June 1984 above-mentioned must provide the document proving their belonging to one of the categories mentioned in 1°, 2°, 3°, 4°, 9°, 10° and 11° of Article L. 323-3 of the labour code, valid documents valid documents at the time of application and of the effective date of the transfer.
For applicants for secondment:
