Regularly checking your emails in your PARTAGE inbox is the best way to stay in touch with your teachers, the university services, other students, as well as to receive information on various events taking place on campus (cultural events, job offers, etc.).

 

  • On the Digital Work Environment (ENT), the PARTAGE inbox is available via a dedicated tile

 

  • On the UnivOrleans mobile app, you can access it easily via the mail icon on your schedule tab

Since October 21, 2025, it is no longer possible to redirect university emails on a personal inbox.
 

You can find below 2 alternatives to access you university emails:

Download the UnivOrleans mobile app, which offers direct access to PARTAGE, as well as an unread messages counter.

Once you are logged in, an icon showing the number of unread messages appears on the schedule homepage. Clicking on it takes you directly to the PARTAGE inbox.

 

Configure PARTAGE to receive a notification of new emails directly in your personal mailbox.

This notification informs you that you have received an email and provides the sender’s address as well as the subject of the message. To read the full email, you must go to PARTAGE.
