- Creation of the CIDR (Committee on Scientific Integrity and Research Ethics) in November 2018, to structure ethical support.
- Strategic appointments: Vice-President for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion; Open Science Officer; and Officer for Science with and for Society.
- Appointment of Scientific Integrity Officers and an Ethics Officer within the institution.
- Implementation of an action plan for gender equality.
- Implementation of the Anti-Violence Unit (CLV).
- Awareness-raising actions for researchers, including:
- Dissemination of the national ethics charter,
- Dedicated training courses on ethics and scientific integrity since 2023, and awareness-raising sessions during the onboarding of new staff.
- Communication actions, such as the HRS4R Newsletter No. 4 with a focus on ethics (September 2023)
