To improve quality of life at work, foster a healthy, inclusive and secure professional environment, and support work organization so that researchers can carry out their missions under the best possible conditions.

 

Key actions: 

  • Implementation since 2024 of an annual professional review for research contract staff, based on an HR template, with an assessment presented to the Research Commission.
  • Application of a salary scale based on experience, aligned with a specific management framework validated in 2024.
  • Strengthened monitoring of doctoral candidates: portfolio, monitoring committees, support for thesis supervisors, and regular seminars and exchange days.
  • Updated welcome guide accessible via the intranet, supplemented by Health & Safety sheets and information on part-time work rights.
  • Structured teleworking arrangements for BIATSS staff since 2021, adapted to the post-COVID context.
