  • Implementation of the OTM-R guide for open, transparent and merit-based recruitment.
  • Optimization of recruitment processes, particularly for research contract staff and doctoral candidates.
  • Harmonization of recruitment practices across the institution.
  • Provision of a guide for selection committees.
  • Online publication of the composition of selection committees in the interest of transparency.
  • Creation of a dedicated recruitment space for staff with disabilities.
