If you encounter psychological difficulties linked in particular to the situation of confinement we are going through, the University Health Service can help you. To do so, you can use the FAQ form (drop-down menu item: Health).
You are experiencing personal or family difficulties, isolation, stress, anxiety, depression, you have a phobia, an addiction, inhibition... You are simply looking for an address for a listening session, do not hesitate to contact the University Health Service on 02 38 41 71 79. A psychologist is at your disposal. These interviews are confidential and free of charge.
